Ken is simply using his life's energy to make valid, but unwinnable or untennable points, exposing the vast gulf between Constitutional Laws, & the present Legal process,(which is accepted by the majority as legitimate).

Whether we like it, or agree that it should be so, or not, nonetheless, MAJORITY OPINION DOES RULE. And the VAST MAJORITY of the populace, really couldn't care less if the taxes are "technacally legal"...just as long as the "system" of Local, State, & Federal Govt. tends to allow them their daily wages, & creature comforts.

The modern "Don Quiotes" of this world are interesting, & keep our days a little less boring, but they RARELY have either the intelligence, knowledge base, or financial accumen, [and it ususally demands all three] to GENUINELY FIGHT the entrenched MODIS OPERENDI...and,sadly, they tend to "take on" causes that are actually secondary to the GENUINE CORE ISSUES.

Actually, (if you can, for a moment put aside the tragic consequenses of his MO), Ted Kazinski taught us an invaluable lesson...(which is deeply hidden, but present in the Movie "V for VENDETTA")...that when you are able to inflict enough unstoppable pain on the Buroughcrates, you WILL garner their attention, and they WILL submit to your agenda...till they can kill you!

My point here is this:

Treat or approach your dissidance and resistance as you would your SNIPING...chose your targets by level of PRIORITY...move EXCEPTIONATELY slowly, camoflauge you & your intention EXTREMELY well, so that you simply fade into the backgroud noise, until your moment to strike, and then, strike with absolute presicion & calm accuracy..."GO SLOW, YOU'LL GET THERE QUICKER...at LEAST you'll get there!"

Ken will, doubtless, be one of the first "useless scrongers" to be eliminated, when TSHTF in reality.
