I assumed that Russia's new Oreshnik hypersonic (nuclear capable) intermediate-range ballistic missile which evaded all of the USA's anti-missile systems in Ukraine and struck the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Thursday, Nov. 21st in response to the U.S. and UK's allowing Kyiv to strike Russian territory with advanced Western weapons; used conventional explosives but because it was traveling at 7,610 mph the damage was due to kinetic energy with the speed and force of a comet. This one missile struck Dnipro with 36 individual multiple re-entry vehicles capable of taking out even deep underground bomb shelters.
