The militia is out in the area helping their neighbors. In more than one place they've acted as security to prevent looting and theft of supplies stored at small local distribution centers. Many of the local people are fed up with femas incompetence. In Carter county TN a group of people led by a women threatened to stomp the dog shit out of a couple of fema workers if they caught them confiscating supplies. Sheriff's dept. had to come and difuse the situation.
