Read a article a while back about how Clinton screwed things up after the collapse of the Soviet Union. They wanted to normalize relations and to build a trading partnership that was beneficial for both countries. But Bill and the rinos rebuffed them because we were the big dog now. So, Russia turned to China and now we're fooked.
