Authorities are saying Anthony Quinn Warner "appears" to have acted alone. I wouldn't think it was possible for one man to build that bomb, but I suppose it's possible.

And the circumstancial evidence, particularly the fact he gave away his houses, does point to an intentional suicide. Most suicides are pretty impulsive, but their are exceptions, like the Japanese kamikazis in WWII. Ind I've been reminded that, a couple weeks before the bombing, Timothy McVeigh was considering going up with his bomb in Oklahoma City, so it's certainly possible.
