Yes... very clearly wrong. I assume this is a new operator, not jihadis as they would have maximized the casualties not minimized. I would not be surprised to see this is a false flag. The left does it, frames the right... and uses this as yet another reason why Trump is dangerous... then launch a whole wave of liberal policies to control us.
