if the state gives up your right to, lets say guns, then so be it you loose those rights. think not oh yeah it happens every day.
you do not have the right to drive cars because it is a privilege, to do legally anyway on public roads. if you don't you could get it "the car" taken away or what ever you get the idea.
also I'm not arguing the use of drugs. IMHO what someone does in the privacy of their own home is between them and the fly on the wall.
