it SHOULD be a good day, and I think it will, but I'm not going to start celebrating just yet. Randy Barnett, who led the legal charge against ObamaCare (and, incidentally, the first person I would nominate for the Supreme Court if I resided at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue) figures the odds are 50-50, which is better than the 35-65 he gave it before oral arguments.

Personally, I've got a $5 bet going that the entire law is struck down. But my ESP is notoriously bad.
