Well, the nice part is that the previous evidence against them in null unless they come up with CLEAR evidence against them that compels a complete review. Otherwise, on this charge they are pretty much cleared. Or they might try to charge under a different ordnance. At least they didn't disappear to one of the hidden prisons of no return.
