Well written Safetalker. Very insightful into their game-plan.

Amen.
I find those 'Coexist' bumper stickers so ignorantly sad in that regard. They don't mix because they can't be any more opposite.
The most fundamental principle in Islam is the ultimate one-ness of Allah. The greatest sin (shirk akbar) is to associate partners with Allah (such as a Spirit, or a Son, etc). The only sure salvation is to shed your blood for Allah (martyrdom).
The most fundamental principle for us as Christians is the divinity of Jesus as the Son of God. Otherwise, if He was just a 'really good man' (as some teach), we can all do it on our own, and Christianity is no different than any other religion in the world that teaches salvation by works.
The one sin that Jesus said would not be forgiven was 'blaspheming the Holy Spirit'. The context is literally saying that denouncing the divinity of Jesus Christ will not be forgiven - everything else will. The pharisees were accusing Him of being possessed by Beelzebub (Satan).
The only salvation is not by our blood, but by the Blood He already shed for us.
My point in all of this is that yes, there is no such thing as 'moderate Islam'. I would say that what is called 'moderate' is in fact simply 'ignorant' of true Islam. But you presume to judge and execute all Muslims on the basis that they are Muslims and a portion of their religion has recognized true Islam and murdered infidels as commanded.
Killing enemy combatants is one thing. What you are calling for is murder. I can't make that any clearer. 'Christian' literally means 'Christ-like'. To call yourself a Christian and at the same time call for the revenge-murder of people who, despite their religion, were created in the image of our God by our God, is irreconcilable.
Fight against Islam, yes. Fight against Muslim combatants, yes. Murder? No.
