That is also why there is an internal affairs investigation as we speak on the conduct of the officers involved.
The women is a little nuts in my opinion from watching a bunch of her videos but I find no flaw in the execution of her rights. She was violated I hope she gets a hefty settlement and those who violated her rights are dismissed and the leo department learns to work within the constitution. I also hope the sheriff is not re-elected after the embarrassment he allowed in in his jurisdiction and forfeiture of tax-payer dollars...
